Avoid Missing SFE Assignment Offers

Stay Connected to SmartFind Express (SFE)
Missing a job call or text can be frustrating, but completely avoidable. Follow these steps to make sure Apple iOS and your mobile carrier don’t block SFE calls or messages:
Save These SFE Numbers to Your Contacts
Add the following numbers and label them “YCDSB SFE” to ensure your phone recognizes them:
- 647-689-3222
- 1-844-251-6725
- 1-833-241-6223 (text job offers)

Here’s what you need to know:
No Impact:
- If you opted in to receive text notifications for job offers, you will continue receiving them as usual.
- Phone calls for cancellations
- Email confirmations for all assignments
Impacted Notifications:
- Job modification notices
- Assignment notices – cancellation and/or reminders
Check Your SFE Notification Settings
Make sure you know which notifications are active:
- Log in to SmartFind Express
- Click your initials (top-right corner)
- Select Settings → Notifications

Be mindful:
- Keep ringer volume on during call-out periods.
- Save all SFE contact numbers.
- Review SFE notification settings regularly.
- Ensure your phone number is updated in SFE.
